I am from Chicago and the one person I know that is changing the game in my community is Chairman Fred Hampton Jr. The name speaks for itself. He comes in the spirit of his father, Chairman Fred, but he understands that he cannot fight the battles of the 60's and 70's. He acknowledges the conditions that exist right now in the community and tend to those needs of the people. He is not local, his work carries him all over the states where blacks are victims of police brutality and the injustice system. He does not search for fame in the media but the people in the community show him respect and support because of his never ending work to bring these issues to light.
