Justice For Nubia! Justice For 'Em All!

Justice For Nubia! Justice For 'Em All! Once again, the infamous BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), which gained international notoriety in response to the January 1, 2009 video taped, cold blooded shooting and subsequent murder of 22 year old handcuffed Oscar Grant by Johannes Mehserle – has unleashed it's terror upon the African community. Although contradictions connected to BART are not limited to that of the Black community; the mere mention of BART brings major concerns raised amongst the citizenry of the Bay area which is inclusive of, an international community and individuals from all walks of life. There is an automatic connection to the mismanagement of funds and the protocol of police terrorism which impacts every aspect of life of the bay area in particular. A wanton police terror that breeds an arrogance and a climate which even their fellow respective BART police officers have been victimized and buried as a result of, under such auspices as "accidental shootings." In the traditional sense of the manner in which this country dispenses Just-Us in regard to the Black community in particular, once more, the victim is depicted as the criminal and the criminal the victim. The recorded screams of Nubia, prior to being bogustly charged and arrested, in addition to the attacks she incurred while in custody of Santa Rita County, represent graphic depictions of the brutal terrorism that African people are dealt on a daily basis. Forward with the demand! Justice For Nubia! Justice For 'Em All!
